1. Translate molecules. Add 1mM FINAL Cycloheximide (or puromycin)** for 5 min on ice. (Optional) Spin out ribosomes in airfuge (28 psi, 15 min).
2. Add microsomes 24°C, 15 min.

** if you want the ribosomes to release the nascent chain then you need to use puromycin (ie: if you are using a truncated molecule). [ 20X cyclohex, rack 3, box 2]
