500mM NaAc pH 4.6
10mM ZnCl2
2.5 M NaCl
For 100ul reaction:
10XS1B 10ul
10XBSA 10ul
DNA 2ug
S1 nuc 10 units
Incubate at 37°C for 30 minutes.
Stop reaction by adding 1uL 0.5M EDTA.
