Incubate 37oC 1 h.
Store transcript in -70oC freezer. Note that upon thawing, the RNase inhibitor will be inactive.
If required, SP6 pol may be used at up to 20 units in a 10 uL reaction, that is 0.4 uL of 50 u/uL in 10 uL.
