ACRYLAMIDE-BIS (30% T : 2.67% C) 86.7 g acrylamide 28.9 g acrylamide 2.4 g N'N'-bis-methylene acrylamide 0.8 g bis 100 ml with d H₂O * Make up to 300 mL with d H₂O, filter through 0.45um filter. Store at 4ºC in the dark, in foil wrapped bottle,for up to 30 days
